DFS reserves the right to refuse any and all offers, at its sole discretion, that may be received or communicated for the purpose of purchasing the above-described. 2. This offer to purchase shall remain in effect until the undersigned has notified DFS, in writing, of a withdrawal of said offer or until DFS has accepted said offer. The communication of acceptance or withdrawal shall be effective as of the date that such notification is deposited in the United States mail, as evidenced by the postmark imprinted by the United States Postal Service or other such registered receipt.
